My personal favorite for balance and vision is the top gravity airbrush gun. However the bottom feed can also work well depending on personal preference.

Another factor is the size of the needle that runs down the middle of your gun. Personally I would choose a 0.30mm or 0.35 mm needle size. This size gives me a great texture and consistency that I prefer.

It is preferred to buy a duel action airbrush rather than a single action airbrush. Dual action means that you can reals air by its self or paint by its self. This will come in handy for drying purposes. Single actions is simply the paint and air mixed together to start painting.

Tip 5

This is probably the most important tip in can give you when it comes to airbrushing. Make sure that you disassemble and clean your airbrush gun after every use. You can purchase specific tools for this purpose. If you do not clean your airbrush paint gun regularly then it will seize up and stop working permanently.
